Access our call center for Time & Material based resolution and/or dispatch of service support on an as-needed, first-come first-serve basis. This service arrangement also allows you to leverage the capabilities of our existing call centers, our national network of certified locksmiths and company owned fleet of service technicians, as well as provides:
- A single point of contact & accountability for all your service needs
- Agreed upon set of standard rates for different types of service
- Type of hardware (e.g. safe or commercial lock)
- Time that service is delivered (e.g. daytime, third shift, holidays)
If you have an existing call center you would like to retain, permanent or through a transition period, we can also receive and execute the service requests from your call center.
